Applications:
Master wear plug gauges are used for the manufacture and checking
wear condition of ring gauges. They are essential in industries
where precision and consistency in measurements are critical.
Precautions:
1. Before use, check whether the measuring surface of the plug
gauge is clean and free of rust, scratches and other defects. The
sign of the plug gauge should be clearly visible.
2. The plug gauge should be used during the periodic inspection
period, and should be accompanied by a certificate of conformity or
other supporting documents. When measuring, the temperature should
be as close to 20°C as possible, the force should be as small as possible, and it is
avoided to push in or rotate the plug gauge.
3. The plug gauge should be inserted or pulled out along the axis
of the hole, and should not be tilted or rotated. When measuring,
the plug gauge should be fully inside the hole and should not be
turned or shaken3.
4. After use, the plug gauge should be cleaned in time, and the
unclean plug gauge should be avoided for detection to reduce the
measurement error
