1. How to place the order?
Provide your required lamp specifications (type, diameter, length,
power, voltage, reflector). We'll send a quotation. After payment,
production begins and products ship upon completion.
2. Why Reflector?
Our emitters can be coated with gold or ceramic reflectors to
concentrate heat and increase effectiveness. Coated emitters
convert nearly all electrical power to heat. For high watt density
or temperatures above 800°C, we recommend ceramic coating
(resistant to 1000°C). We offer 180° (half-tube) coating and custom
degrees.
3. Could you supply clamps for lamp installing?
Yes, we provide mounting clamps free with purchased lamps.
4. Have an unusual design?
Send drawings, sketches, or samples for quotation. We specialize in
small runs and custom designs while remaining competitive on large
orders.
