    Production Process

    Step 1: UHMWPE Fiber Extrusion & Drawing

    First, 100% ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE, commonly branded as Dynema) resin pellets are fed into an extruder.     Step 4: Surface Treatment & Coating (Optional)

    To further improve performance for marine and industrial environments, the 12-strand rope may undergo a surface treatment. Common treatments include:
