equipment’s main structure in-house, we maintain end-to-end control

Cage frame system
1.Cages are crafted from Q235 Al-Zn alloy wire, processed in our
dedicated
mesh workshop. The middle support (40*30*40mm) is precision-bent in our
metal workshop. This integrated manufacturing ensures full process
control and
guarantees the highest product quality. For the head support, we
utilize hot-dip
galvanized rectangular tube. Adjustable foot: The width is 100mm. The height
can be adjusted.
2.For 6 to 8 tiers, the equipment includes a walkway platform(3mm,
φ6 twisted
steel wire) and stairs, both of which undergo the hot-dip
galvanized treatment.
This integrated access system ensures the safety of personnel
working at height
and is built for long-term durability and structural integrity.
3.Each tier has a height of 700mm. This design ensures excellent
ventilation and
light penetration, while also working in concert with the fans to
promote optimal
air circulation throughout the coop.
4.The 7.5° sloped bottom mesh, enhanced with reinforced
shock-absorbing
wires, facilitates soft landing for eggs, minimizing breakage. This is
complemented by extended egg pockets and alloy anti-peck plates to effectively
deter egg pecking.
5.The partition nets are securely fastened to the supports, and the
metal clamps
lock tightly onto the trough. This integration forms a unified
structure that
distributes stress evenly, significantly reducing the risk of
equipment
deformation.
6.Al-Zn-Mg alloy toughs have two versions: a 0.98 mm thick with
flanged edges,
and a 0.95 mm thick without flanged edges. They have smooth surface
and are
solid and durable.
