1. How many parts pallet flow racking has?
Main parts include upright frame, beam, spacer, roller, damper,
separator, roller support rail, rail tie pallet guide
plate.Optional part include frame protector, upright protector,
forklift stopper.
2. How to control speed of pallet when it work on pallet flow
racking?
The speed is controled by damper,when the speed is fast than
needed,fasten the damper screw, then you will get speed suit.
3. What is the load it can carry?
Usually the load for one pallet is within 1500kgs.
4. Will the pallet diflect when it flow down?
No,it will not.Debugging will eliminate the situation.
5. How long the pallet flow racking could be?
For the time being, the longest we did is 20m, if you need
longer,we don't think there is problem.

8. Does pallet flow racking has any requirement on pallet
structure?
Yes.Steel and plastic pallet suit better,wooden pallet is also ok.
Pallet base should easily flow down without obstruction.

Gravity Pallet Rack is evolved from pallet rack, consisted of
frame, beam, roller, damper and separator. Roller is fixed on the
rack at a certain slope beams. The pallet enter from the loading
end of the rack, using its gravity sliding down to the unloading
end. Rollers let the pallet move smoothly by its own gravity. Once
the pallet is removed from the unloading end, the next-to-come
pallet slides forward automatically. In order to prevent the flow
of goods through the pallet unit fast, the damper is installed at
some distance to decrease their sliding speed. At the unloading
end, separator is installed to separate pallet one by one, to keep
the first pallet can take out. It is suitable for large quantity
and shortly store goods,like food industry, especially for
perishable food storage, is an ideal system.
Dynamic Storage Pallet Gravity Flow Rack is a storage system that
Gravity roller lanes ranged side by side and one above the others
on the racks. Pallets are loaded from the upper end of the slope
(with 3-5° ) and travel through the roller to the lower end picking
face. It's the best FIFO storage system and is suitable for mass
volume and lesser SKU products. The space utilization is high.

1. Industrial Heavy Duty Warehouse Pallet Gravity FIFO Rack is
composed of frames, beams and roller bed. The roller bed consists
of a set of rollers designed to fit into a frame structure and
mounted on the loading beams. To avoid the fast sliding down of
pallets, normally brake rollers are designed. There is also one set
of pallet separator for picking the first pallet. The system is
designed for the storage of first in first out operation.
2. The roller bed is composed of a number of unpowered rollers, C
section frames, brake rollers, entry guide and pallet separators: The roller bed are made into standard modules and connected by
bolts and nuts.

3. Brake rollers: For the safety operation of flow rack, the brake rollers are
