Q: Where is you factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Baoan, Shenzhen,Guangdong Province.All our clients, from home and abroad, are warmly welcomed! It’s only half an hour’s journey from Baoan airport.
Q: May I have samples to test the quality before place bulk order?
A: Sure. You can order samples from us to test the quality.
Q: What kind of quality control do you have ?
A: 1. Our QC will go over every details in handling the producing and packing processes.
2. All products have to pass strict inspection before shipping.
Q: Can we print the our logo or customize the packing ?
A: Of course. We can absolutely do that for you if you send us your logo design or artwork.
Q: Could we customize our product based on our design?
A: No problem. We could custom mold for you.We assure that we won’t sell it to anyone else.
Q: Do you have any OEM services that are available onto the product ?
A:Basically we have the following OEM services: Logo printing;User manual customization;Package customization; Label
printing;Faceplate customization;Product shell color customization.
Q: Do you have any MOQ restriction about the OEM service?
A: Yes, the MOQ restriction is as below:
Logo printing - Products MOQ 500PCS;
User manual customization - User manual MOQ 1000PCS;
Package customization - Package MOQ 1000PCS;
Label printing - Label MOQ 1000PCS;
Faceplate customization - Faceplate MOQ 1000PCS;
Product shell color customization - Products MOQ 2000PCS.
Q: When will you make the delivery?
A: We can make the delivery within 7-40 days according to our stock and the your order quantity. And the sample will be sent in 5 days after the payment received.
Q: How to order ?
A: Kindly send us your interested model, quantity, color and your logo if you have.
Q: What’s the shipping method ?
A: We often use UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT/EMS, Door To Door, Door To Airport .
Q: What is your Payment terms ?
A: You can pay by T/T, Paypal for samples, 30% Deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment for bulk order .

A: Month capacity of most thermometers in our factory can reach about 100,000 pcs

Delivery Time:
