mechanical properties in both longitudinal and transverse
directions.
Physical Characteristics
This tape demonstrates exceptional physical properties, with
tensile strength exceeding 120N/cm and elongation at break
maintained at approximately 180%. The substrate thickness uniformity is controlled within ±1.5μm,
ensuring even force distribution during application. The tape surface undergoes corona treatment, achieving surface
tension of 38 dyn/cm, significantly enhancing adhesive bonding
effectiveness.
Usage Advantages

characteristics, with unwinding force stabilized in the range of
