Product Overview

The 3–9kW 6U rack-mounted DC power solution is engineered to deliver reliable and efficient energy for telecom, IT infrastructure, and industrial sites. Supporting both 380VAC three-phase and 220VAC single-phase input, it provides a regulated –43 to –58VDC output with a rated –53.5VDC, making it suitable for stable DC supply in critical networks.

This system achieves a maximum output capacity of 9kW through three hot-swappable rectifier modules, each rated at 3000W and weighing less than 2kg. With forced-air cooling, high power factor ≥0.99, and total harmonic distortion ≤5%, the rectifiers ensure stable performance and high-quality power conversion even under demanding loads.

Equipped with dual 125A battery breakers and multiple BLVD load breakers, the system offers flexible DC distribution and enhanced safety. Its controller integrates temperature monitoring (battery and ambient), digital inputs, and dry contact alarms, while communication ports (RS232/485, SNMP) enable remote supervision. A front-panel LCD provides intuitive local management.

Designed for durability, the subrack operates from –40℃ to +65℃, tolerates 5–95% non-condensing humidity, and maintains reliable performance up to 3000m altitude. The compact 6U form factor, front-access maintenance, and IP20 protection make it a practical choice for operators seeking efficiency, scalability, and ease of deployment in mission-critical applications.
