Real-Time Monitoring and Management of Overload Vehicles with the Overload Vehicle Control Management Platform Software

The comprehensive overload vehicle control management platform software (hereinafter referred to as the platform software) collects big data on the detection information of offsite enforcement detection site, fixed overload control detection site, source overload control detection site, and mobile overload vehicle control detection site in the region.

The system can realize real-time monitoring, reviewing, case filing, notification, document making and management of overload vehicles, authority management of overweight control sites and law enforcement personnel, using AI to complete big data statistical analysis, provide strong support for decision-making, improve the efficiency of overload control, promote fair law enforcement, and play a positive role in preventing and reducing overweight and overloaded freight vehicles, protecting roads, and ensuring safe operation.

It provides a configurable review process to facilitate users to perform data operations. It defines detailed processes such as data review, case filing review, case filing confirmation, document mailing, and penalty processing for illegal acts, which can effectively and meticulously manage the law enforcement process.

After logging in, the user enters the platform homepage. The left side of the homepage is the function bar. The top of the homepage main interface is the daily data display area, and the bottom right is the chart display area, which is used to summarize and display real-time data, including the total weight distribution statistics, axle number distribution statistics, over limit distribution statistics, and time-sharing data statistics of the detected vehicles on that day (the horizontal axis of the bottom bar chart is time, and the vertical axis is the number of passing vehicles)

Statistics and Screen Mirroring

The statistics projection button can directly access the leadership cockpit interface. The current interface mainly consists of GIS maps, data statistics, and data display functions;

Circular icon○ on the map indicate off-site enforcement sites, triangular icon △represent source control sites, and square icon □ represent fixed inspection sites. Green indicates normal data communication, while red indicates communication failure at the site.

Data Management

Data management function group (divided into offsite data management, precision inspection data management, source data management, checkpoint data management, etc.), mainly realize real-time data list display and historical data query.
