360° seamless curved surface printing: The print head fits closely
to various curved substrates (e.g., arc-shaped bottle bodies, round
can surfaces), with no visible seams on the printed surface;
6-color UV ink: Vibrant and fade-resistant, featuring high color
saturation that can restore the bright tones of the design, and no
easy fading during long-term use;
Fast drying & high efficiency: Relying on UV curing technology, it
cures in just seconds, requiring no additional drying equipment. It
is suitable for high-speed production lines to increase throughput;
Scratch resistance & durability: The cured UV ink has strong
adhesion and high hardness, which can withstand daily handling and
friction (such as frequent transportation and slight collisions),
keeping the printed patterns clear and intact;
Wide application range:
Bottles: Beverage bottles (e.g., PET carbonated drink bottles),
cosmetic containers (e.g., glass jars for face creams, PP bottles
for serums);
Cans: Food cans (e.g., tinplate cans for yellow
peaches/waxberries), aerosol cans (e.g., aluminum cans for

What is the difference between a linear screen printing machine and
a CNC rotary screen printing machine?
1. Straight line screen printing machine is faster than CNC rotary
screen printing machine, but the printing accuracy is lower.
2. Straight line presses are modular combinations, the more colors
the larger the footprint, while CNC rotary is a rotating structure
that will save space.
3. CNC printers are easier to use with remote management and
service feature.
4. For CNC machine, all printing functions will be done in the same
set of fixture, which will avoid the product being scratched.
5. All adjustments such as printing head, screen frame etc. can be
fixed by wireless tablet PC, but linear machine must be adjusted
manually.
