The high pressure program controlled membrane filter press adopts
internationally leading TPE diaphragm technology. Long specific
service life, good membrane shrinkage, strong acid and alkali
resistance, suitable for various industries. Air pressure or water
pressure can be used for pressing, and the water pressure can reach
0.8-4.0 MPa.

Variable filter chamber technology is widely used in solid-liquid
separation applications in various industries such as
petrochemical, mining and metallurgy, food and medicine, coal
washing, papermaking, pigment dyes, new energy lithium batteries,
photovoltaics, fly ash desalination, etc., greatly improving
production efficiency and reducing filter cake moisture content.
The pressure level is divided into conventional diaphragm pressing
of 0.8-1.6Mpa, and ultra-high pressure diaphragm pressing can
choose different pressure level equipment of 2.0-4.0Mpa to meet the
needs of different working conditions.
The application of high-pressure dewatering technology in the
municipal domestic sludge dewatering industry reduces the moisture
content of the filter cake to the lowest level that meets the
standards for landfill and incineration (with municipal sludge
achieving a moisture content of 35%
-60%). Compared to traditional dewatering equipment, it achieves
sludge reduction treatment.
The dehydration system can achieve automated operation, and can be
equipped with filter cake auxiliary discharge system, filter cloth
online flushing system, and automatic valve instrument, etc., which
can achieve unmanned operation.
