1. Product Dispensing & Measurement
This stage ensures precise quantity allocation of materials into individual packaging units. Equipped with high-precision sensors and metering components (such as volumetric cups, augers, or electronic scales), the system accurately dispenses pre-set amounts of products—whether granular, powdery, liquid, or solid—laying the foundation for consistent packaging standards.
2. Bag Conveyance & Formation (Preformed Bags)
For preformed bag applications, the process begins with automated extraction of prefabricated bags from the bag storage unit. Guided by mechanical arms or conveyor belts, the preformed bags are precisely directed to the designated filling area. During conveyance, auxiliary mechanisms (like suction cups or clamping devices) ensure the bags remain stable and properly positioned, ready for the subsequent filling step.
3. Product Loading
Once preformed bags are in place, the system executes product loading based on the pre-configured parameters (e.g., weight, volume, count). The accurately measured products are smoothly dispensed into the open bags—with specialized filling nozzles or chutes designed to prevent spillage, dust, or product damage, even for high-viscosity or fragile materials.
4. Sealing
After filling, the bags proceed to the sealing stage to ensure product freshness, hygiene, and leak-proof protection. The system adopts either heat sealing (suitable for plastic, composite film bags) or cold sealing (ideal for heat-sensitive materials like chocolate, fresh produce) based on bag material and product requirements. The sealing process is controlled by temperature, pressure, and time regulators to guarantee strong, uniform seals.
5. Printing & Quality Control
Post-sealing, two key tasks are completed simultaneously:
Product Information Printing: A built-in printer marks essential details on the bags, such as production date, batch number, expiration date, and ingredient lists, complying with industry labeling standards.
Quality Verification: Sensors and visual inspection modules check for defects (e.g., incomplete seals, underfilled/overfilled bags, missing labels). Non-conforming products are automatically rejected to maintain overall packaging quality.
6. Bag Discharge & Stacking
Qualified filled bags are discharged from the main packaging line via a conveyor system. They are then directed to an automated stacking unit, where bags are neatly arranged into batches (according to set counts or volume). This stacked output is ready for subsequent processes like cartoning, palletizing, or direct storage, streamlining the entire post-packaging workflow.
