High adaptability: Flexibly respond to differences in the
international market
Multi-size quick switching:
No need to disassemble the core components. Just adjust the
parameters through the touch screen, and the size switch from
"Newborn Size (NB) to Extra size (XL)" can be completed within 30
to 45 minutes. It supports the production of 6 to 8 common sizes on
the same production line, meeting the needs of infants of different
age groups.
Functional modules can be added or removed:
According to the buyer's requirements, functional modules such as
"urine display strip printing", "breathable bottom film composite",
and "ultra-thin core forming" can be flexibly installed or removed
(without the need to modify the main body of the production line).
For example, for the European market, "biodegradable material
adaptation modules" can be installed, and for the Middle East
market, "high absorption core modules" can be installed to quickly
achieve product differentiation.
Local material compatibility:
Supports adaptation to global mainstream raw materials (such as
Sumitomo high molecular absorbent resin from Japan, local non-woven
fabric from Southeast Asia). Whether buyers choose low-cost local
materials or high-specification imported materials, the production
line can stably form without affecting the core performance of the
product such as absorption and breathability.
