Cable Structures and Mesh Types
1. Knotted Mesh: Plain weave where each warp wire rope crosses alternately above
and below each weft wire rope. Warp and weft wire ropes generally
have the same diameter.
2. Ferruled Mesh: Shares the same physical properties as knotted mesh, but stainless
wire ropes are combined by ferrules made of the same grade
stainless steel.
About Stainless Steel Wire Cable Netting
Also known as safety netting system, it's widely used in slope
reinforcement. The system, mainly made up of wire, provides both
cover (initiative protection) and intercept (passive protection)
functions to defend against various geological disasters.
