Mirror Polish Cooling Roller Features:

1. The materials are all made of 45# seamless pipe or alloy steel, which is processed by welding, stress relief, modulation, quenching and other heat treatment machinery.

2. Reasonable circulation or jacket is installed in the middle, and the temperature difference of the roller surface is not more than ±0.5 degrees.

3. The surface hardness reaches HRC52-58 after quenching, and the hardness can reach HRC62 after chrome plating and polishing.

4. Using imported polishing equipment and materials, the surface roughness of the wheel drum can reach Ra0.01. The concentricity is not more than 0.01mm.
