TIANCI 's Disc pelletizer is used to process phosphate fertilizer powder and chicken manure
powder into 3-5mm granular compound fertilizer production lines . This production line is primarily designed to produce granular
fertilizers from 60% chicken manure organic fertilizer powder and
30% phosphate fertilizer powder, along with other raw materials.
The Disc pelletizer is the primary granulating equipment, offering
advantages such as ease of operation and maintenance, and low
equipment costs.

Main equipment of fertilizer production line:
Raw material crusher: Pre-process the raw materials into powder no larger than 0.5mm. Use
600 type vertical crusher.
Raw material screening machine: Pre-select materials to remove particles larger than 0.5mm. Use
GS1.2X4M type screening machine.
Batching system: The required raw materials are weighed and fed automatically
according to a strict ratio. A three-bin batching equipment is
used.
Mixer: In order to ensure the continuous operation of the production line,
a 600X1200 continuous horizontal mixer is used.
Granulating equipment: Based on the viscosity of the customer's materials and customer
requirements, ZL2500 Disc pelletizer is used.
Pellet dryer and cooler (if necessary): mainly used to dry pellets with high moisture content, enhance
pellet strength, reduce moisture content, and minimize nutrient
loss.
Particle screening machine: screens out the 3-5mm particles that meet the requirements and
conveys them to the next process. Note: The unqualified particles
are sent back to the Disc pelletizer through the return conveyor
and return crusher for granulation.
Granule coating machine (if necessary): uses yellow potassium fulvic acid as coating raw material, and
other trace elements for coating.
Granule packaging machine: It adopts automatic bag sewing machine, and can also be replaced
with manual bag folding and sewing according to needs.
