I. Equipment Application
This machine is suitable for the coating, bonding, and molding of
UV light-sensitive coatings, inks, and adhesives, or for the
instant curing and drying of the printed surfaces of various
materials.
1) Printing: Widely used in screen printing, offset printing,
letterpress printing, self-adhesive labels, metal nameplates, PC,
PVC, ABS, PS, acrylic, terephthalate, glass, ceramics, electronic
components, single-sided circuit boards, etc.
2) Coating: Wood surface bright coating, paper surface glossing,
plastic floor tiles and PU leather surface glossing, optical fiber
surface coating, etc.
3) Bonding: Bonding of CHIP components on circuit boards, various
electronic components, glass bonding, bonding of liquid crystal
sheets and terminal sealing adhesives.
4) Molding: Decorative colored plates and vessels, decorative
accessories (buttons, hairpins, belt buckles, etc.)
