Stable and easy to operate: Reduce production failure and personnel
training costs
Mature components ensure a low failure rate: Key components (such as the conveying system, cutting knife group,
and glue bonding module) adopt mature designs commonly used in the
industry, which have been verified by the long-term market and are
less prone to failure. A single production line can operate stably
for 16 to 22 hours a day (adjusted according to actual production
capacity), reducing order delays caused by downtime.
Simple and easy to operate: Equipped with a multi-language (English, Spanish, Arabic, etc.)
touch operation interface, core functions (such as start-up, speed
regulation, and model change) are clearly marked, and a visual
operation manual (including step diagrams) is also provided.
Workers can operate independently after 1-2 weeks of training,
without the need to hire professional technicians at high salaries,
reducing labor costs.
Convenient and easy maintenance: The wear-prone parts (such as blades, conveyor belts, and sealing
rings) are designed as "quick-release", and no complex tools are
required for replacement. Local maintenance personnel of the
customer can complete the task after a short period of training. At
the same time, provide detailed maintenance guidelines (such as
"which components to clean weekly and which parameters to check
monthly") to avoid equipment wear and tear caused by improper
maintenance.

The initial investment threshold is friendly: The overall design of the production line is compact. A workshop
of about 1,200 square meters can complete the entire line layout
(adjusted according to the actual area), reducing the customer's
factory construction or rental costs. At the same time, a "basic
version + on-demand upgrade" solution is provided (for example, the
core production module is initially configured, and then the
"automatic defect detection" module is added later), to avoid
customers paying for functions that are temporarily not needed.
