This product is the core transmission component – the Pulsation
Drive Gearbox – specifically designed for Vertical Ring Pulsation
High-Gradient Magnetic Separators (VPHGMS). It is not a
conventional constant-speed reducer. Instead, it utilizes a precise
eccentric crank-slider mechanism or servo control to transform the
motor's rotary motion into a specific frequency and specific stroke
of accurate linear reciprocating motion. This motion drives the
separator's canister to generate a pulsating fluidization, causing
the ore slurry to repeatedly fluidize and compact in the separation
zone, significantly improving the capture rate of magnetic minerals
and the concentration grade. Its reliability directly determines
the machine's separation efficiency and overall stability.
