ASCO Numaitcs' cylinder product line mainly includes the following
series, each with its unique design features and applicable
scenarios:
ASP series cylinders: This is a set of heavy-duty NFPA (National
Fluid Power Association) steel pneumatic cylinders designed
specifically for intense sports applications. Its features include
the use of ultra long graphite filled cast iron rod bushings and
ultra long wear-resistant bands, as well as a validated "T-shaped
seal" piston seal configuration (containing carboxylated nitrile
and self-lubricating PTFE composite), all of which improve the
durability of the product.
435 series circular cylinder: This series complies with ISO 6432
standard, with a circular cylinder body. It adopts stainless steel
cylinder and piston rod, which gives it excellent corrosion
resistance to corrosive media. This series offers single or double
acting forms, optional pneumatic buffering, and is equipped with a
magnetic position detector (for detecting piston position). Its
compact threaded installation design facilitates direct connection
to the machine.
437 series cylinder: This is a pull rod double acting cylinder that
complies with the CNOMO standard (note: CNOMO is the abbreviation
of the French Association for Pneumatic, Hydraulic and
Transmission, and its standards are often compatible or similar to
ISO standards), made of aluminum alloy 4. It is equipped with
pneumatic buffering and adjustable damping, suitable for situations
that require a certain level of accuracy and stability.
441 series short stroke cylinder: This series is known for its
durability and compact structure, featuring durable single/double
rods and anti rotation devices that help extend its service life.
This series of designs focuses on installation and use within
limited spaces.
453 series cylinders: This series follows the ISO 15552
specification (replacing previous standards such as ISO 6431),
providing a sturdy and reliable structure and clean cylinder
tube/end cap design. It integrates high-performance
self-lubricating bearings, wear-resistant scraper seals, and
adjusts buffering through micrometer screws, suitable for variable
and harsh industrial environments.
KG series cylinder: This series is a sturdy cylinder designed
specifically for demanding knife gate valve applications. Its
design can withstand harsh industry and application environments,
such as water, electricity, pulp and paper, and mining industries.
NAAMS heavy-duty clamping cylinder (such as model 1500D04-09A-34):
This series complies with the North American Automotive Metric
Standard (NAAMS), has a heavy-duty and durable structure, can
withstand harsh environments, and is easy to install and assemble,
especially suitable for clamping applications in automotive
manufacturing and other fields.
