1 Overview
This series of products complies with the technical requirements of
0E.512.021-2022 "Technical Conditions for Mining Explosion proof
Three phase Permanent Magnet Synchronous Electric Rollers", and the
efficiency refers to the Level 1 energy efficiency standard of
GB30253-2013 "Energy Efficiency Limit Values and Energy Efficiency
Grades for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors".
This series of products integrates the drive drum of the conveyor
with the permanent magnet motor into one unit, designed as a drive
device with an outer rotor and an inner stator. The structure is
compact, occupying less space and saving installation space. The
belt is directly driven by an electric drum, without any
intermediate transmission links, which improves system reliability
and efficiency, saves energy and consumption, has low operating
costs, good economic benefits, and is easy to maintain with
extremely high maintenance volume, saving maintenance costs.
The electric rolling mill complies with the relevant provisions of
GB 3836.1 and GB 3836.2, and has obtained an explosion-proof
certificate issued by a nationally recognized inspection unit The
mining product safety mark certificate issued by the National
Mining Product Safety Mark Center shall be manufactured in
accordance with the approved drawings and technical documents
through the prescribed procedures.
2 Product Features
a) The permanent magnet synchronous electric drum bearing adopts
domestically produced self-aligning roller bearings.
b) The permanent magnet synchronous electric roller adopts
flame-retardant rubber coating to reduce belt slippage, and has
excellent wear resistance and grip. Its flame-retardant and
anti-static properties meet the requirements of MT962 standard.
c) The stator winding of the permanent magnet synchronous electric
drum adopts the insulation process of "vacuum pressure
impregnation", which has excellent insulation and corona
resistance, good thermal conductivity, high mechanical strength,
and good moisture-proof, anti fouling and waterproof performance.
The temperature rise of the motor stator winding is not more than
60K.
d) The permanent magnet synchronous electric drum adopts neodymium
iron boron sintered permanent magnets with negative temperature
characteristics, that is, its remanence density and coercivity both
increase with decreasing temperature, which can adapt to extreme
low-temperature environments on site; Permanent magnet adopts
advanced high-temperature resistant technology to ensure no
demagnetization during normal operation and overload conditions;
Permanent magnets have sufficient mechanical strength to withstand
vibrations during on-site operation without demagnetization.
e) The permanent magnet synchronous electric drum adopts an
external rotor direct drive permanent magnet synchronous motor, and
the shaft is fixed on the support seat; There are bearings at both
ends of the machine shaft, which are connected to the front and
rear covers respectively; There is an outer rotor casing between
the front and rear covers; There are permanent magnets inside the
casing; There are spokes on the shaft, and front and rear water
pressure plates are set at both ends of the spokes. There are inlet
and outlet holes in the shaft between adjacent spokes; Radiant
plate Install stator core and winding on top; There is a
temperature measuring platinum thermistor at the end of the stator
winding.
