Our chassis assembly and side beam assembly are widely used in
drilling machine, boring machine, excavator, pile driver, rotary
drilling rig and other construction machinery. Models are suitable
for machines from 1 ton to 180 tons. All chassis (side beam)
assemblies are customizable.
It mainly consists of tracks, drive sprockets, idler wheels,
rollers and carrier rollers and other components. The track is
looped between the drive sprocket and the idler wheel. The drive
sprocket transmits power to the track through meshing with it,
enabling the vehicle to move forward or backward. The rollers are
evenly distributed above the track and bear most of the vehicle's
weight to ensure the vehicle's stability during driving. The
carrier rollers mainly serve to support the upper part of the track
and prevent it from sagging too much.
