Hydraulic Emergency Cut-off Bottom Loading Valve

I. Product Introduction

The emergency shut-off valve, also known as the underwater valve, is installed at the bottom of the tank car. The valve is sealed inside the tank, and there is no cut-off groove on the valve body. When subjected to strong collision, the valve body will break at the flange, separating the tank body and the bottom pipeline, becoming an independent sealed tank body to prevent liquid leakage and greatly improve transportation safety. It meets the relevant requirements of GB/T932-2018 standard and is a pipe fitting component for bottom loading and unloading of tank cars. It is suitable for transporting light fuel tanks and cannot be installed in highly corrosive liquids.

1. Material: The main body is made of light aluminum alloy, which is integrally molded by low-pressure casting, light, strong and durable.
2. Corrosion resistance: The surface is treated by hard oxidation, which has good oxidation resistance and wear resistance.
3. High flow rate: Reasonable structural design to ensure large flow rate.
4. Emergency cut-off: When subjected to strong collision, the valve body breaks at the cut-off groove, and the tank body is kept sealed, effectively preventing oil leakage.

V. Maintenance

1. Remove the filter screen: When transporting thick oil products (such as crude oil), the filter screen on the valve can be removed to avoid affecting the flow rate.
2. Cylinder maintenance: In case of oil leakage at the interface, replace the seals in the piston cylinder.
3. Maintenance: Check whether the air inlet pipe is damaged from time to time, so as to avoid the valve cannot be opened normally due to air pipe problems.
4. Emergency treatment: If the valve cannot be opened by air intake under unexpected circumstances, the emergency bolt on the bottom piston cylinder can be unscrewed, and a hexagonal bolt with the same specification and a length of 10cm can be screwed into the screw opening, and then the screw can be slowly screwed in until the valve is opened.
