Minetech hollow bars are fully threaded self-drilling system that
allows drilling into loose or collapsing drill holes with a system
combined of grouting and anchoring simultaneously with no need for
casing. Our hollow bars are made of high-grade steel and designed
to meet ASTM and EN Standards.Our anchor bars are both available in
R thread and T thread, selected raw material and a fully automated
production system make the SDA system exceed the quality and proof
of Yield and Tensile load.

mortar anchor bolt during the construction and can’t grouting with
pressure.

Applications:
Self drilling anchor system is mainly used in slope stabilization,
tunneling pre-support, foundations with micropiles, it is also
widely used in the railway system, metro project etc. It can be
installed in sites with weak rocks, loose soil, weathered layer,
sand with stone layer and so difficult to create a hole in complex
formations. The unconsolidated ground condition favor the
self-drilling anchor bolt technique for fast and simple method of
installation compared to the traditional method.
