A: Yes, if we have similar samples, as the ones requested,
available in stock. Freight charges depend on your location. If a
customized sample is needed, there’ll be a sample fee payable as
well as shipping costs. The sample fee depends on your design(size,
material, printing, etc).
Q6: What format do you need my design to be in?
A: We accept PSD, AI, CDR, or PDF files with a high resolution.
Please note that we need files for different layers of the design.

Q8: How do I pay for my order?
A: After you’ve placed your order on Alibaba, the system will send
you a payment link that you can click, and it will take you to the
payment page. There you’ll have a choice to pay with Western Union,
Visa, Master Card, PayPal, T/T (wire transfer), or with various
other payment methods.
Q9: How are the bags shipped?
A: Orders are shipped with express couriers (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx)
air- or sea freight. We can advise which one is suitable for your
order.

A: Delivery time depends on payment received; the goods ordered as
well as quantity. For small orders it normally takes about 7 days
and for bigger orders up to 15 days.
