Are you a factory or a trade company?
We make export ourselves but more than a trade company, we are
specialized in engineering spare parts. We have many experienced
factories we've cooperated with long-term, and we're involved in
every production process. We handle everything so you can simply
wait for your quality parts to arrive on time.
Do you make customized products or finished parts?
Yes, all parts are custom made according to customer's drawings or
samples. We only consider stock when specifically requested by
customers.
Will my drawing be safe after you get it?
Yes, we will not release your design to third parties without your
permission. We can sign an NDA before you send your drawings.
What is the MOQ?
We typically don't set MOQ, but larger quantities receive better
pricing. We're happy to produce prototypes or samples to ensure
quality standards.
Can you provide samples?
Yes, we can provide samples with nominal sample costs, which will
be refunded when proceeding to mass production. Mold fees apply
when required, after which the mold belongs to the customer.
How do you handle quality issues?
All products undergo QC inspection with reports before delivery. In
the rare case of non-conformance, contact us immediately with
photos. We will address issues promptly, with rework/repair costs
and resulting transportation costs covered by us.
