It is fully automatic type paper egg tray machine.

Main sections of the paper egg tray machine:

1. pulping system: including the hydrapulper, pump, water tank, pulp tank, mixer, etc..to make the wastepaper into paper pulp.

2. forming system: including the molding machine, molds, vacuum pumps, air compressor and electrical controller to make the pulp into wet trays.

3. Drying System

Heat source: natural gas, diesel, liquefied petroleum gas and other combustion liquids and gases.The transmission mode adopts industrial transmission chain to drive the net plate transmission, which runs in the drying line.
