FEATURE DESCRIPTION
PET plastic steel strip production line
PET strapping belt production line is a special equipment for producing polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plastic strapping band, which is widely used in logistics, packaging, building materials,
papermaking and other industries.
Components of PET strapping belt production line:
Extruder---- heat and melt the PET raw materials (granules or recycled
materials) and extrude them through screws.
Mold (die head)----- The molten PET is formed into a strip through the mold, and the
width and thickness are adjustable.
Cooling water tank---- Rapidly cool and shape the high-temperature strip PET.
Stretching system---- Improve the strength and toughness of the strapping tape by
heating and bidirectional stretching (longitudinal/transverse).
Embossing roller---- Press the pattern on the belt surface to increase friction and
aesthetics.
Winder----- Wind the finished strapping tape into a roll, which can be
equipped with automatic roll changing function.
Control system----- PLC or computer control, adjust parameters such as temperature,
speed, tension, etc.
