C and Z purlins produced by this line use galvanized or cold-rolled steel, thickness 1.5–3mm. Shapes include standard C and Z profiles with uniform flanges and web. Features high precision, smooth edges, and optional pre-punched holes. Applications include industrial roofing, steel frame buildings, warehouses, and agricultural structures, providing structural support and durability.

Process:

The line unrolls steel coils, aligns material via guides, pre-punches holes for fast assembly, then forms profiles in a cast-iron stand roll former with chain drive. Hydraulic cutters precisely cut purlins to length.
