Are you a factory or a trade company?
We make export ourselves but more than a trade company, we are
specialized in engineering spare parts. We have many experienced
factories we cooperate with long-term, and we get involved in every
process of production. We handle everything so you can simply wait
for your quality parts to arrive on time.
Do you make customized products or finished parts?
Yes, all parts are custom made according to customer's drawings or
samples. We can consider stock when customers require it.
Will my drawing be safe after you get it?
Yes, we will not release your design to third parties without your
permission. We can sign an NDA before you send the drawing.
What is the MOQ?
We typically don't set MOQ, but larger quantities receive better
pricing. We're happy to make prototype parts or samples to ensure
quality standards.
Can you provide samples?
Yes, we can provide samples with some sample cost, which will be
returned when proceeding to mass production. If a mold is needed,
we charge the mold fee before starting, after which the mold
belongs to the customer.
How do you handle quality issues?
All products undergo QC inspection before delivery. In the rare
case of non-conformance, contact us immediately with photos. We
will address the issues promptly, with resulting transportation
costs borne by our company.
