Features of 4 Heads Ceramic Pump Filling System:
XQX3 is the newest generation fully-auto adjustment system; every
parameter is set and stored from the HMI—no manual handle turning,
no gauges to watch.
Core of the system is an electric rotary ceramic plunger pump
driven by a closed-loop servo/stepper hybrid motor: change the
volume in <2 s simply by entering the target value on the
touchscreen.
Patented kinematic coupling (Patent No. 2023*****) synchronises
plunger rotation and axial displacement, giving single-digit µL
resolution with 0.5 % repeatability—identical to the proven XQX2
series.
Auto-calibration routine uses an inline load-cell scale; the pump
self-corrects drift caused by temperature or wear, guaranteeing
long-term accuracy without operator intervention.
Recipe memory holds 200+ volume presets; recall any format in under
three seconds and eliminate change-over downtime on fully automatic
lines.

automatic adjustment of the filling volume, which is accurate and
stable.
--The operation of the pump will not produce trace impurities to
pollute the liquid and can be quickly disassembled and assembled.
