Technical Process
The treatment process follows an efficient and automated pathway:

1. Raw Water → 2. Mechanical Bar Screen → 3. Adjusting Tank → 4. Lifting Pump → 5. Bioreactor (with aerator and PLC-controlled oxygenation) → 6. Circulating Pump → 7. MBR Membrane Module (for solid-liquid separation; concentrated water returns to the adjusting tank) → 8. Disinfection Unit (using sodium hypochlorite or chlorine tablets) → 9. Reclaimed Water Storage Tank → 10. Reuse System

An integrated backwash system cleans the membrane modules using purified water, with waste backwash fluid redirected to the adjusting tank. The system supports both automatic and manual control modes for filtration and cleaning cycles.
