Overview
This advanced, pre-fabricated sewage treatment plant is designed
for efficient processing of both industrial and domestic
wastewater, with a capacity of 100 cubic meters per day.
Constructed from durable SS304 stainless steel, it utilizes a
combination of Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) and Membrane
Bioreactor (MBR) technologies. Based on proven biological treatment
processes and extensive scientific research, the system efficiently
removes BOD₅, COD, and NH₃-N. It is characterized by stable
performance, high treatment efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and
minimal space requirements. The unit can be installed underground
with the surface restored to green space or parking, or placed
above ground per client specifications.

Flexible Installation: Designed for underground burial, preserving valuable surface area
for green spaces, parking, or other uses. No permanent structures,
heating, or insulation are required. Above-ground installation is
also available.
Efficient Biological Process: Employs a plug-flow biological contact oxidation method, which
offers superior treatment performance compared to completely mixed
tank systems.
Process Stability: Features a robust activated sludge system with strong resistance
to shock loads and organic variations, ensuring consistent effluent
quality without issues of sludge bulking.
High-Efficiency Biofilm Carrier: Utilizes a novel elastic suspended biofilm media (MBBR carriers)
with an extensive surface area for enhanced microbial growth and
oxygen transfer, leading to higher treatment efficiency.
Low Sludge Production: The biological process operates in an extended oxidation phase,
significantly reducing sludge yield. Excess sludge typically only
requires removal every 90 days or more.
Effective Odor Control: Equipped with a dual odor management system, including
high-altitude exhaust and integrated soil deodorization filters.
Fully Automated Operation: Features a comprehensive automatic control system with fault alarm
capabilities, enabling safe, reliable, unattended operation. Only
periodic maintenance is needed.
