Product Introduction
This integrated water purification system combines essential
processes including coagulation, sedimentation, sewage treatment,
backwashing, water collection, and filtration into a fully
automated unit. Designed for autonomous operation without manual
intervention, it serves as a key component in enabling automated
management within water treatment plants. The system offers a wide
range of applications, high treatment efficiency, excellent output
water quality, short installation time, compact footprint, and
cost-effective investment.
The ammonia stripping process adopted in this system is mature and
highly efficient. By monitoring pH levels—typically adjusted to
approximately 11.5 using frequency conversion technology—and
maintaining a temperature above 50°C during stripping, the system
ensures effective ammonia removal. Wastewater is first lifted to a
primary stripping tower where partial ammonia is released,
subsequently requiring pH re-adjustment with liquid caustic soda
before entering a secondary counter-current stripping tower. Under
alkaline conditions (pH ≈ 11.5), ammonia nitrogen primarily exists
as NH₃, enabling efficient removal through this two-stage process.

Working Principle
The purification process mirrors that of a municipal water
treatment plant and includes a coagulation tank, sedimentation
tank, filter tank, water stabilization system, backwashing unit,
water pumps, and an electrical control cabinet.
Coagulation: Raw water, mixed with coagulant, enters the coagulation tank. An
integrated mixer ensures full contact between suspended solids and
the coagulant, forming flocs. Unlike vortex reaction methods, the
mixer-based process remains stable despite fluctuations in water
flow.
Sedimentation: The water containing flocs flows into the sedimentation tank,
which employs an inclined tube/trapezoidal plate design to enhance
solid-liquid separation. Sediments are collected in the sludge
hopper for periodic removal.

Combustion process and brief description:
The waste is manually put into the primary combustion chamber of
the furnace body, and the automatic temperature control starts the
primary combustion. According to the principle of combustion three
T (temperature, time, vortex), it is fully oxidized, pyrolyzed and
burned in the furnace body combustion chamber. The flue gas
produced by incineration enters the second combustion chamber, and
the unburned harmful substances in the flue gas are further
destroyed in the second combustion chamber. In order to completely
decompose the unburned embers and meet the emission requirements,
the second combustion chamber is equipped with a burner to assist
combustion, and is equipped with a unique secondary air supply
device to ensure that the flue gas is in full contact with oxygen
at high temperatures, and at the same time to ensure that the flue
gas is in the second combustion chamber. The residence time of the
combustion chamber is adjusted according to the oxygen content of
the flue gas at the outlet of the second combustion chamber. The
temperature in the second combustion chamber is controlled and the
larger particles are removed by the dust collector, so that the
incineration efficiency and destruction removal rate can reach more
than 99%, so that it can achieve the effect of no odor, no odor and
smoke, and reach the national emission standard. It enters the
chimney and is discharged into the atmosphere, and the ashes
produced after combustion are manually taken out, screened,
transferred and buried.
