Product Overview
Our factory produces two series of valveless filters:
Square CBL-II Filter
Round DLB-II Filter
The DLB-II series valveless filter operates without valves for
intake, outflow, flushing, or drainage. Utilizing hydraulic action
for fully automatic operation, it offers low operational costs,
effortless management, and high reliability. Its integrated design
combines the inlet tank, filter, and backwash tank into a single
compact unit, saving space and simplifying installation.
Working Principle
Raw water enters the filter tank through the inlet pipe and passes
downward through the filter layer.
Clean water is directed via a connecting pipe to a storage tank;
once full, excess water flows into the clear water tank through the
outlet.
As suspended solids accumulate, filtration resistance increases,
raising the water level in the siphon tube.
When the water reaches the nozzle of the siphon auxiliary pipe, it
draws air out of the siphon downgrade pipe, creating a vacuum.
Once a critical vacuum level is achieved, siphon action initiates,
backwashing the filter media by moving water upward through the
filter layer.
Backwashing concludes when the water level drops to the siphon
breaker tube, allowing air to enter and break the siphon effect.
The system then resumes filtration.

Packing and Delivery
1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by
20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and
Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other
Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will
use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or
other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a
professional shipping department, they will try their best to save
your container quantity.
