10 Inch FPV Drone Frame Kit UAV Fully Compatible Installation Design

The 10-inch FPV drone frame kit is based on T300 carbon fiber, paired with a 427mm long wheelbase and a differentiated thickened structure design. It can not only carry heavy-duty accessories such as large-size batteries and professional cameras but also maintain stable flight in complex outdoor environments, making it an ideal structural solution for medium and large FPV models.

The entire frame is made of high-performance T300 carbon fiber material. Compared with metal frames of the same size, its strength is increased by more than 3 times, while maintaining a lightweight body of 227g — avoiding the "heavy load, short endurance" problem of metal frames, and providing stable support for the high-speed operation of 10-inch propellers and the heavy load needs of large batteries, easily coping with multi-accessory mounting scenarios.

The 427mm wheelbase, specially designed for 10-inch propellers, greatly improves flight stability: its outdoor wind resistance is 40% stronger than that of small wheelbase models. Even in medium and low wind speed environments, it can reduce body shaking and ensure clear aerial photography images; at the same time, the long wheelbase matches large-size propellers, with higher propulsion efficiency, providing a sufficient power foundation for long-distance cruising.

According to the stress characteristics of medium and large models, the "key parts thickened" design is adopted: the arm thickness reaches 7.5mm (50% thicker than 5/7-inch models), which can withstand greater torque and impact; the top plate is thickened by 3.0mm (suitable for heavy-duty accessory installation), and the base plate is lightweight by 2.0mm (balancing the overall weight of the body), which not only ensures the anti-drop and durability of key parts but also avoids redundant weight of the body and extends endurance.

With an internal space height of 35mm, it can accommodate large-size core accessories such as 6s-8s 8000MAH-16000MAH large-capacity batteries and 80A-100A ESCs without obstacles, no need for cramped wiring; the spacious space also reduces the risk of overheating caused by equipment stacking, and facilitates later installation of GPS, image transmission gain antennas and other expansion accessories to meet the needs of function upgrades.

• Motor Adaptation: Supports 1616mm and 1919mm dual-specification mounting holes, perfectly compatible with mainstream high-power motors such as 4214/4218/4312, no additional drilling required;
• Camera and Flight Controller Adaptation: The 19mm camera mounting hole is compatible with most 1919mm FPV cameras, and the 30.530.5mm flight controller mounting angle is compatible with mainstream flight controllers such as F4/F7/F405/F722. From core accessories to expansion modules, no custom adapters are needed, saving assembly time and modification costs.
