Steel platform shelves (also known as mezzanine shelves or steel
structure platforms) are multi-layer storage systems that utilize
the vertical space of warehouses. They are usually built with steel
structures and are suitable for scenarios where small and
medium-sized goods are stored, picked, or where office and
warehousing are combined.
1.Maximize space utilization
By building platforms of 2 to 3 floors or even more, the warehouse
height (usually 3 to 8 meters) can be effectively utilized,
increasing the storage area by 1 to 3 times.
2. Strong flexibility and customizable design
Different floor heights, load-bearing capacities and passage widths
can be designed according to the warehouse layout and the type of
goods.
3. Multi-functional uses
Combined storage and office space: The upper layer can be used for
storage, while the lower layer can serve as a sorting area,
packaging area or office area.
4. Strong load-bearing capacity
It is laid with steel structure and steel plates/wood boards. The
load-bearing capacity of each floor is usually 300 to 1000kg/m²,
and for heavy-duty platforms, it can reach over 2000kg/m².
5. Easy to install and detachable for adjustment
Modular design enables quick installation, disassembly or layout
adjustment to adapt to business changes.
6. Improve work efficiency
It can be matched with stairs, elevators, conveyor belts and other
equipment to optimize the flow of people and reduce the handling

H beam
H beam steel mezzanine platform adopts H-type steel and cross beam
as the major supporting for the steel panel.Usually we use the
steel panel or MDF panel for the mezzanine floor,there are also
with staircase and guardrail.Match with the cargolift for the
efficientcy.
It is suitable for the higher warehouse,large loading
capacity,longer span and large storage,it will be full use of the
space,one warehouse used as two warehouse.Widely be used for the
electonics products,hardware,commuincation and printing,etc.
Upright & Main Beam Connect
Both of them are H-steel,Its loading capacity is high and span is
long.The major beams are connected by connector piece in each
side.It will make the beams moare stable.
Support Beam & Main Beam Connect
They are connected with the hanging piece.And the hanging piece is
welded on the main beam.So the majorbeam is more stable.
Steel Pane l& Guardrail Connect
Steel panel and support beamare connected with hooks.It is very
stable.
The guardrail hangs on the main beam without holes on the beam.So
there is no bad influence on the beam

Mezzanine Floors Racks (Steel Structure Garret) are basically made
up of medium-duty shelves or heavy-duty shelves as main support
plus floor panels. Floor panels are usually made of cold-rolled
steel slabs, patterned steel or steel grille floor panels.
The load capacity per shelf of medium duty A mezzanine floor rack
is usually less than 300kg, the floor spacing is usually 2.2m~3.0m,
the top shelf height is generally 2m or 1.8m, the floor is 250×40×2.5mm special cold-rolled steel plate, The load can reach 300kg/m² of floor panels, and the second, third or fourth floor loft can be
made according to the height of the warehouse, which fully
considers the convenience of the staff.
The load capacity of per shelf of medium duty B mezzanine floor
rack usually between 300kg and 700kg. The floor spacing is usually
2.2m~4.0m. The top shelf height is generally 2m or 1.8m. The floor
is 250×40×2.5mm special cold-rolled steel plate. Surface loading up to
300kg/m²-600kg/m²
