Production process:
• Surface treatment: The surface of the aluminum coil is
pre-treated by cleaning, degreasing, pickling, etc. to remove oil,
dust and oxide scale on the surface to improve the adhesion between
the coating and the substrate.
• Painting: The PVDF coating is evenly applied to the surface of
the aluminum coil by roller coating, spraying, etc. The roller
coating process can ensure uniform thickness of the paint film and
high production efficiency, which is suitable for large-scale

• Baking and curing: The painted aluminum coil is sent to a
high-temperature oven for baking to make the PVDF coating undergo a
cross-linking reaction to form a firm coating. The baking
