The HW-AMB-ECO laser welding solution represents an advanced laser welding technology, whose core principle relies on the simultaneous application of an outer annular laser beam and an inner spot laser beam. This dual-beam design enables more uniform thermal distribution and enhanced welding quality.

In traditional laser welding, excessive localized heat on workpieces frequently leads to a series of issues, including welding deformation, porosity, and cracking. Acting like a meticulous engineer, the HW-AMB technology optimizes heat distribution through multi-point heating, ensuring even thermal spread and minimal welding stress—thus preventing easy workpiece deformation. The resulting welds are not only aesthetically pleasing but also structurally robust, free from cracks and porosity. Both the weld strength and surface finish live up to the standard of "high-end" quality.

HW-AMB lasers deliver more consistent and stable welding performance. The outer annular beam preheats the workpiece and stabilizes the molten pool, while the central spot beam enables deep penetration welding—ultimately producing weld seams that are free from porosity and spatter.
