3 Characteristic
3.1 The use of the current international advanced multi-axis mobile
welding head and diamond mirror swing laser stir welding control
mode, can provide a variety of different swing mode welding, so
that the welding depth and welding strength are greatly
strengthened.
3.2 Integrated design of laser optical path and power control
system, easy to move, more stable.
3.3 Enhanced precision table, all by high precision control card
and servo control, stepless speed regulation. The horizontal
direction of the table adopts ball screw, when welding large parts,
the welding head can be easily moved, and has very high precision
and stability
3.4 Laser control Precision waveform control of the laser, the
system presets optimized waveform values for different materials.
As long as you choose the corresponding material, you can weld the
best result.
3.5 The heat affected area is small, the welding depth is large,
the welding is firm, the melting is sufficient, no repair marks are
left, and there is no depression at the joint of the raised part of
the solution pool and the matrix
