The positive and negative pressure multi-station forming machine is
an innovative product for packaging, food, electronics, and other

German technology. The machine has the three-station full-automatic
function of heating, forming, cutting, and stacking, counting:

1. Multi-material compatibility unlocks more possibilities for
product categories
HX-6175 breaks the limitations of traditional equipment's "single
material adaptation" and can stably process a variety of mainstream
plastic raw materials, allowing enterprises to easily expand their
product matrix:
Compatible materials cover PR (polypropylene resin), PS
(polystyrene), PET (polyethylene terephthalate), PVC (polyvinyl
chloride), PLA (biodegradable polylactic acid), etc. Whether it is
PET and PP commonly used in food packaging, PS suitable for the
pharmaceutical industry, or PLA that conforms to environmental
trends, the equipment can accurately match their molding
characteristics.
Without frequent replacement of core components, it is possible to
quickly switch from food trays to medical inner trays, from
conventional packaging to biodegradable products, helping
enterprises flexibly respond to the changing market demands for
materials and functions, and reducing equipment duplication.
2. Accurate control of size and thickness, solidifying the bottom
line of product quality
The equipment achieves precise control of product specifications
through refined design and intelligent control, ensuring that each
batch of finished products meets the standards:
Wide range of raw material adaptation: supporting raw material
rolls with a width of 510-750mm, capable of processing plastic
sheets with a thickness of 0.15-2.0mm - capable of producing
lightweight snack liners and film packaging as thin as 0.15mm, as
well as high-strength industrial parts trays and durable daily
necessities containers with a thickness of up to 2.0mm;
Parameter control without deviation: relying on intelligent
temperature control and feed system, precise adjustment of key
parameters such as heating temperature and material conveying
speed, product size errors and thickness fluctuations are
controlled within a very small range, especially suitable for
precision demanding scenarios such as pharmaceutical packaging and
electronic component trays, effectively reducing the scrap rate
caused by non-compliance with specifications.
3. Efficient linkage of molding and cutting, speeding up the pace
of mass production
In the core processing stage, the equipment has the synergistic
advantage of "flexible molding+precise cutting", taking into
account the production of different specifications of products
while ensuring efficiency:
Flexible and adjustable molding area: The maximum molding area can
reach 750 × 610mm, which can handle large-sized products such as
food preservation trays and home appliance accessory packaging; The
minimum molding area is as low as 450 × 400mm, suitable for
small-sized items such as cup lids and cosmetic sample holders,
achieving "same line production of large and small parts" and
reducing production line switching costs;
Strong and precise cutting performance: The maximum cutting area is
610 × 750mm, coupled with adjustable molding/cutting station travel
from 0-150mm, which can flexibly adapt to cutting needs according
to product height; Moreover, the cutting and forming processes are
advanced synchronously without waiting intervals, significantly
reducing the production cycle of a single batch and helping
enterprises improve their daily production capacity.
4. Control system characteristics
(1)The human-computer interface adopts an ultra-high definition
MCGS color IoT touch screen. In case of abnormal problems, it can
connect mobile phone hotspots to achieve remote monitoring, remote
upgrade programs, and solve various vulnerabilities.
(2)This machine system is self-developed by our company according
to the operating habits of the current national conditions. The
number of empty machine test actions can reach 50 modules/minute at
the fastest. It has the characteristics of complete functions and
is easy to use. The master with an ordinary machine foundation can
operate independently for 2-3 days, and the master with other
all-in-one machine experience can be familiar with the operation
within 1 day.
