Machine Introduction:
The HX-6175 fully automatic positive and negative pressure
three-station hot forming machine is an advanced hot forming
equipment that focuses on "multi-scene adaptation, high-precision

material compatibility, precise parameter control, and strong

Key Features:
1. Loading area
A high-power motor is used for feeding. The maximum coil diameter
is 700mm, and 300-500 KG can be
loaded/loaded. The sheet to be fed is driven by a rubber roller.
Two seamless steel pipe rods are provided
to replace the sheet. A silicon oil spraying device is added in the
sheet feeding area to facilitate demoulding
2. Heating area
(1) The electric furnace adopts a specific electric furnace design.
Heat insulation aluminum foil is added on the back of the heating
brick, and heat insulation cotton is added on the back of the
electric furnace to ensure that the electric furnace is not
deformed at ultra-high temperatures, and the heating wire is more
durable.
(2) The heating brick is made of Swedish Cornell heating wire. The
heating brick is built with thermal insulation cotton. The brick
has a good thermal insulation effect and is durable. It is
guaranteed to last for an extra long time, for 5 years. The high temperature wire is 2.5 mm² (standard is 1.5 mm²). Ensure that
the wires are durable and do not easy to age.
(3) Temperature control module: the latest temperature regulation
module is adopted, which is precise and easy to regulate.
(4) Electric furnace dislocation adjustment function, a row of
heating bricks can be closed when the baking sheet width is less
than 620mm, saving energy.
(5) PET function of electric furnace: heat PET sheets for a short
time to make PET products easier to shape and more transparent.
3. Forming area
(1) The molding length is 610mm, the width is 710mm, and the three
sections are heated in the upper and lower furnaces; The maximum
forming height is 100mm.
(2) Both the upper and lower molds adopt a 4.5 kW servo motor, and
both the upper and lower molds can be controlled by a two-section
speed.
(3) The forming mould is designed with a water delivery valve, and
the mould can only be watered in an automatic state.
(4) Side mold loading, automatic mold locking, reduce mold changing
time, and improve production efficiency.
4. Trimming area
(1) Cutting size 610 × 710mm, the cutting upper die is equipped
with a heating knife system.
(2) The cutting depth can be adjusted more accurately without
hurting the knife, and can also be manually adjusted.
(3) High high-power 5.5KW servo is used up and down to ensure
powerful cutting, and all kinds of products can be easily cut.
(4) Both the upper and lower die movements adopt a two-section
speed design, which is easier to adjust.
(5) Side mold loading, automatic mold locking, reduce mold changing
time, and improve production efficiency.
