Kaifeng City Shengda Water Meter Co., Ltd. (former Kaifeng City
Shengda Water Meter factory), was founded in 1995. After more than
ten years of hard work, we built Kaifeng Zhonghua Instrument
Factory in 2004 and renamed "Kaifeng City Shengda Water Meter Co.,
Ltd." in July 2010.
Now our company has developed into an enterprise integrated
research and development, production, sales, after sale service,
technical training as one of the specialized production.
Our company now covers an area of 8500 square meters, construction
area of 5850 square meters, with advanced production equipment,
process equipment, testing equipment and modern production workshop
and office space area, professional and technical personnel
accounting for more than 50%. At present our company production
capacity is 3000 sets of flow meter and more than 3000000 of water
meter.
Our company spirit is safety, green, environmental protection,
intelligent, network management concept. Our main products include
various models of rotary vane wheel type, Wolman type water meter,
water-saving water meter, smart card meter, photoelectric direct
reading meter, valve meter, various models of electromagnetic
flowmeter, throttling device, open channel flow measurement system
and remote quantitative control systems. Now our company is
researching and developing network remote meter, data collector and
GPRS wireless communication system etc. new products with research
institutes and universities

the core technology, using advanced standards, production-class
products, creating first-class enterprise, the concept of quality
creates brand. In 2003 we developed the water-saving drip counting
water meter and obtained the patent; in 2008 we passed the ISO9001:
2008 quality management system certification, water meter products
received the "Certificate of quality products in Henan Province".
In 2010 we won "product certificate of adoption of international
standards", "Credible Enterprise of Henan Honor Certificate",
"Henan province advanced metrological work honorary certificate".
In 2011 the water meter products won the "Famous Brand products in
Henan Province certificate", and our company won the "Henan
Province outstanding water conservancy enterprise certificate". In
2012 our company is the only one demonstration unit of Henan
province enterprise credit construction in water industry in the
region. "ZHONGHUA brand" trademark has won the famous brand of
Henan Province. From 2010 to 2013 for four consecutive years, our
company's products were included in the "center of rural drinking
water safety MWR selected into the national rural drinking water
safety projects Products Report", from 2009 to 2012 for four
consecutive years our company's products were included in the
"Water Resources Department of Henan credit file".
Our company's products are now sold throughout the country, Henan,
Hebei, Shandong, Shanxi, Jiangsu, Anhui, Inner Mongolia,
Heilongjiang, Jilin, Yunnan, Fujian, Guangdong, Liaoning, Qinghai
and Xinjiang. Our market share is increasing year by year.
