PPGI/PPGL (Prepainted Galvanized Steel/Prepainted Galvalume Steel) is a type of steel with an organic coating that provides better corrosion protection and a longer service life than Galvanized Steel Sheet. The base metal of PPGI/PPGL is made up of cold-rolled steel, hot dipped galvanized steel, electro-galvanized steel and hot dipped galvalume steel. The organic coating layer is composed of polyester, silicon modified polyester, polyvinylidene fluoride, high-durability polyester, and other materials.

Features:

Printed PPGI are mainly used to produce a wide variety of steel-framed doors, including steel wooden doors, security doors, anti-fire doors, coach, garage, carport and roll-up doors. They can also be used in household electrical appliances, anti-scratch doorsheets, telephone booths, newsstands and division plates with regular patterns.
