Product Description:
Pre-painted steel is a bare metal substrate or corrosion-resistant
substrate with paint applied to both sides through a continuous
coil coating process.
In this process, the metal is unwound, cleaned, and chemically
treated, resulting in a uniform paint finish. Furthermore,
pre-painted metal is formed by applying a protective film to a
metal substrate such as steel or aluminum via the coil coating
process. This process involves the cleaning and chemical treating
of both the top and bottom surfaces, followed by the priming and/or
painting of the metal, and then the curing in an oven.
A large range of coatings are currently in use due to their
distinctive levels of durability and performance as well as
fulfilling aesthetic requirements.
