♦ Normally, we use standard Ral k7 colors, also we support custom colors by customer’ s sample.

B: Embossed PPGI, support wringkle,diamond,orangel peel etc embossed surface.
C: Pattern PPGI, common pattern, wood grain, stone grain, brick texture etc.

1) Mechanical Properties Testing
Room-temperature and high-temperature mechanical tests, Brinell
hardness, HRC hardness,
Vickers hardness, micro-hardness, expansion, flattening, cupping,
bending, compression.
2) Metallurgical & Corrosion Analysis
Macrostructure analysis, fracture detection,
conductivity/resistance, density, grain size, hydrogen
embrittlement, residual stress, dezincification corrosion, salt
spray, annealing.
3) Dimensional & Surface Measurement
Surface roughness, burr angle, radius, inner and outer diameter
measurement.
