Machine Features
This equipment is equipped with a 360-degree full-circle printing
system, which can accurately adapt to various bottle structures
such as round, square, flat, and special-shaped. Whether it is a
cosmetic bottle with curved surface changes or a beverage can with
distinct edges and corners, it can achieve dead-angle-free printing
coverage, ensuring the continuous presentation of patterns from the
bottle body to the bottleneck and bottom.
The core drive adopts an imported servo motor group, combined with
a high-precision digital control system, which adjusts the printing
head speed and bottle conveying rate in real time through pulse
signals, keeping the two in millisecond-level synchronization
accuracy.
During the operation of the equipment, multiple sets of sensors
monitor the tension of the conveying track, ink viscosity, and
drying temperature in real time, and automatically compensate for
parameter deviations with intelligent algorithms to ensure
stability during long-term continuous operation.

SRS6208 CNC Automatic Six-Color Screen Printing Machine for Glass
Bottles (with IR+UV Curing System) is a fully automatic CNC
six-color screen printing machine for glass bottles, equipped with
an IR+UV curing system. It has a wide printing range and can be
used for six-color screen printing on various glass bottles, such
as beverage bottles, cosmetic bottles, medicinal glass bottles,
food packaging bottles, perfume bottles, and craft decorative glass
bottles, etc.
