certificated, and our ranges comply with safeguarding the
environment (ROHS, REACH, etc.).
3. Can I get the sample before placing a purchase order?
Yes, we provide the samples for our customers to check the quality
of the product. We recommend that our customers take the samples
from us before placing an order. This will help customers to
understand our product and quality better. For 1 or 2 pieces, they
are free, and customers only pay the express courier cost.
4. What is the sample lead time?
The standard sample delivery date is about 35 working days, and the
customized samples need 710 working days.
5. What is your after-sales service?
If a customer finds a quality problem, please feel free to contact
us, and we will study the problem and provide solutions as fast as
we can.
6. How long will it take to ship to my country?
Normally, a sample needs 3-4 days, and mass production time needs
1-2 weeks for order quantities of more than 10K pieces. We can
arrange the shipment by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT, or any other
preferred collector from the customer. It usually takes 7~12 days
to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.
