Hunan Hifuly Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2008 by Mr. Zhou
Yao, who graduated from Tongji University in 1991. After
graduation, he joined the Changsha Automobile Electric Factory,
where he specialized in the research and development of automotive
ignition coils.
In 1994, Mr. Zhou successfully developed China’s first
OEM-supported dry ignition coil for the Beijing Cherokee. He has
dedicated his entire career to the development and innovation of
ignition coil technology.
Today, Hifuly is recognized as the leading aftermarket ignition
coil manufacturer in China. The company employs nearly 200 staff
members and operates two advanced production lines, with an annual
output capacity of 5 million ignition coils.
We uphold the principle of "Quality First" and obtained the TS16949
certification in 2013. Our products are made using premium
materials: copper wire from Germany's ELEKTRISOLA, epoxy resin from
Japan, and plastic components from Germany's BASF.
Hifuly maintains the strictest quality standards in China’s
ignition coil industry. Every product undergoes a 38 kV open-load
test to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
In 2017, the company expanded into the spark plug sector and has
since grown to become the second-largest professional iridium spark
plug manufacturer in China.
