KeyeTech preform vision inspection equipment detects appearance
defects. Products transfer to a workstation via feeding devices.
High-pixel images from customized industrial cameras & LED light
sources uploads to KVIS-COULD AI Platform. AI algorithms analyzes,
sorts "NG" and "OK" products, rejects defective products online via
pneumatics. Software offers sample comparison standards for
customers to select the most suitable standard for accuracy and
defect rates.

Software Function
- Enabling and disabling the system detection function
- Detection index parameters and accuracy adjustment
- Template sampling and saving, storage and retrieval of sample
information
- Camera screen calibration function
- Real time production information display of the system
(qualification rate, total output, speed, etc.), browsing of
historical production information, export and storage functions
- Manage permissions based on login account (example, disabling
parameter adjustment for general operation users)
- Operation and adjustment of the mechanical part of the system (If
the transmission device is turned on, adjust the alarm signal)
Hardware:
- Camera: We use our own developed camera (the chip is from Japan),
which has clearer image recognition and is more compatible with our
own software.
- Light source: We have a dedicated optical team to develop various
light sources to adapt to the optical scene requirements of
different industrial scenes.
- Embedded computer: The KEYE team independently developed the
embedded computer NPU computing box, which replaced the traditional
PLC industrial computer; it is not afraid of sudden power outages
and high temperature scenes, and can better adapt to the high
temperature environment.
